So my friend took some pictures of a piece I did in an art show and I just got them today .
The installation was basically a giant room made with plastic and the artist needed to work around this constraint to make a piece. So I took out the old brushes and painted directly to the plastic...which started to peel in the first 15 minutes lol. The photos here show the plastic sagging a bit, but thats because the room would "breathe" up and down with air fans...so my guys weren't always squished on the feet, but they did move up and down a little which was cool.
The piece is 40ft in length. Basically two 9ft demons on both sides and an 18ft blood/smog word bubble that went across the ceiling connecting them. They are saying "Transparent vices feed Egos" And the little heads in their chests are their egos...one happy and the other pissed. It got a pretty good reception, but its not my best paint job :< Mostly white and black with only one shade of grey...bleh. Oh well, it was HUGE so no one could ignore it :>

Wow! for real 40 feet high!? thats absoultely insane! I'd die to see it! This must've taken a real long time to do right and a bloody load of paint!, how on Earth did you have the patience to do that? Real shame a picture doesn't give a sense of size, but damn thats cool!
I know, pictures just shrink my work down so bad! I just found out some people didn’t realize my paintings are actually painted on canvas and average 6ft high D; They thought they were drawings on the computer or in a small book! I need to take more/better pictures from a distance and a person standing by one for scale so people will notice it s not made in Photoshop Yike! . And thanks a lot for the great comment!
Nah! I wouldn't If people could actually be bothered to learn about what it is they're looking at, they'd learn from the art comments. Plus if you throw a person in on the shot, the emphasis will be on the person and size comparison, instead of how good the picture is. My two cents, but damn it's your picture! do as you like lol
