The idea is that all of Skitzo's cartoon shorts from the 1920's have been destroyed from history because they caused insanity and other mental problems in viewers. But somehow tiny bits of his shorts are recovered at times and full version episodes are almost non-existent. We only find the scraps...

So here's the logic, if Skitzo isn't having any problem, he is neutral, but if anything goes wrong, he kills people.
